Blue Marlin Lodge

Blue Marlin Lodge is located on Southwater Caye, which is directly on the barrier reef line, about 14 miles southeast of the coastal town of Dangriga. This is a perfect location for divers, fishermen, snorklers or island seekers.

The property includes a thatched roof, open-air clubhouse with pool table, Charlie's dining room, where lunch and dinner are served family style and breakfast is cooked to order, and a bar.  Two guest apartments with nine guest rooms, three domed cabins and five beachfront cabanas complete the accommodations located on the property.

All guestrooms are cozy, cool and comfortable with fans. The domed cabins and the beach cabanas, perched at the edge of the sea on posts, are both air conditioned and spacious. The resort's total capacity is 32.

Guests at Blue Marlin can choose from various packages to suit their desired length of stay and planned activities. Transfers are available on all days of the week.

  • Accommodations in Island Guestroom or dome cabin
  • Three meals daily, and afternoon snacks
  • Roundtrip boat transfers from/to Dangriga and island.
    • Incoming boat transfer time 3:00 pm, and out going transfer 9:00 am. For unscheduled boat transfer - a surcharge of $135.00 per person will apply.
  • Liaison assistance on arrival on at Belize International.
  • Government and hotel taxes.
  • Complimentary drink on arrival at lodge.
  • $1.00 per tank dived as contribution to recompression chamber.
  • Gratuities to staff
  • Air transfers between the airport and Dangriga round-trip.
  • Bar tab, equipment rental or any other expenses incurred by clients.
  • Marine Park fee of $15.00 per person

Dive Package Includes: 2 dives daily-non transfer days, tank, weight & belt.
Vacation/Snorkel Package Includes: 1 hour snorkeling daily, boat & guide.
