El Pescador

The Spanish name "El Pescador" means "the fisherman". Approaching four decades of serving avid anglers, El Pescador offers world class diving, snorkeling, majestic Maya ruins, cave tubing, zip lines, and eco-adventures galore.

The family-run resort on the beach of Ambergris Caye welcomes you to the best in adventure and accommodations. At El Pescador you may choose from a standard hotel room in our main lodge or a private 1, 2, or 3 bedroom villa. All accommodations are on the beach and overlook 1 of the 3 pools and the Caribbean All our lodge guest rooms have private baths, overhead fans and air-conditioning.

The villas of El Pescador exude casual tropical elegance with sunshine yellow exteriors and rich wood trim and coral stone floors interiors. The villas are 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath homes, with each bedroom having a private entrance from the beach.
